We drove to Parachilna for lunch. The whole town is basically the pub, (isn’t it interesting the pub is generally the last business to close in a town.) Why did we go to Parachilna. They have a feral lunch. We feasted on goat cheese, camel, kangaroo and emu meat.   Mmmm well worth the trip. Australia is the only country that I am aware off that eats the emblems on their coat of arms. I have eaten kangaroo before but emu and camel were new. Surprising the emu didn’t taste like chicken.
