We did get out and about as well it wasn’t all hard work.
We drove to Wundinna to look at the statue dedicated to the Australian Farmer. We had been told about it and had to agree with what we heard. It was remarkable with a lot of detail. The idea for the statue took a number of years to get funded and in the end a large amount was raised by the local business and people.
We then drove on to Pildappa Rock.
We read that it rivaled Wave Rock in Hyden WA. It was impressive but no, no competition. Wave Rock rocked it. It was a lovely view from the top although it was not easy to get to, as it was rather steep ascend. There were several craters on the top some were filled with water and water life. That was not something I was expecting.
