Gravel Pit Stop

We both had to keep an eye out for the turn for the gravel pit stop. Turn right after the hill. That is easer said than done when you are coming over a hill with 23 feet traveling behind you and you don’t know what traffic awaits you on the other side.

Great, no traffic and there was a road of to the right. Easy. We turned onto the road, drove on a little and discovered a large open area. Wiki had informed us the sight offered a billabong. After we had set up camp we went looking. It is easy to find, just follow the colour green. The billabong wasn’t very large but very pretty with water lilies of different colours. A hidden gem. Adrian was hoping for a croc as well but he was out of luck.
